Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2018 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the amount to be deposited by the husband/A1 as ordered by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2019, appears to be meager and prays for appropriate orders.

3.This Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, who would submit that the said amount may be directed to be deposited on or before the 10th of every English Calendar month.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances,the paragraph 5 of the order dated 15.03.2019 shall modify as follows: "5.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to quash the proceedings in DVA.No.7 of 2017, on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, insofar as these petitioners are concerned, on condition that, they shall ensure that Blessing Raj/the 1st respondent in DVA.No. 7 of 2017 therein shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five hundred only) before 10th of every English Calendar month to the credit of DVA.No.07 of 2017, on the file of the District Munsif http://www.judis.nic.in Cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli as ad-interim

G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, mpa/vsn maintenance, without prejudice to both the parties, failing which this order shall stand automatically cancelled. On such deposit being made, the respondent/wife is entitled to withdraw the same."

5. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in Paragraph No.5 in the order dated 15.03.2019 and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned, subject to the payment of necessary charges. 10.04.2019 mpa/vsn Crl.O.P.No.9625 of 2018 http://www.judis.nic.in
