This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given on 12.11.2014 and take necessary action against the accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner, complaint enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1463 of 2014.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
