This petition has been filed by A1 to call for the records in C.C.No.94 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thiruvallur.

2.It is stated in the status report, that fresh summons to A2 is pending and that the accused had not appeared before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial Court and there is a direction to appear before the trial Court. This relates to seizure of 750 Kgs of PDS rice in a Innova car bearing registration number TN 07 BV 3336. 3.It would only be in the interest of the present petitioner that he urges all necessary points before the learned Magistrate and also urges his co-accused to appear before the trial Court. Absence by one accused and presence of other accused cannot be encouraged by this Court. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
