Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that both the appellants have died long back and their legal representatives are not interested to implead themselves in the appeal to proceed the case.

In the result, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
