the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2015.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner to any one of the Higher Secondary Schools under the control of the third respondent on the basis of the representation dated 05.03.2015, stated to have been submitted by the petitioner.

2. More than a decade has lapsed since the filing of the writ petition. In view of the change in circumstances, this court does not see any reason to direct the respondents to consider the representation that was submitted by the petitioner as early as on 05.03.2015.

3. Undisputedly the petitioner has been continuing under the control of the fourth respondent for all these years, and there may be change in circumstances and the petitioner may or may not be willing to seek transfer

at this length of time. In case if the petitioner is still desirous of seeking transfer, to be under the control of the third respondent, the petitioner granted liberty to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, if any such representation is submitted within the time stipulated above, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any time within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of such representation.
