These petitions have been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.6461 & 5991 of 2020 of 2021, dated 30.06.2020, for depositing title deeds to the value of Rs.20 lakhs. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both petitions submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners could not able to comply the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the title deed within the stipulated time, both the petitions are ordered and the time for depositing the title deed is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
