O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in C.C.No.44 of 2019 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District and transfer the same to the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore.

2. It is seen that C.C.No.44 of 2019 is the year 2019. Therefore, this case is not inclined to transfer the case. However, it is left open to the petitioner to file a petition u/s.205 Cr.P.C to be represented through a counsel and the said application can be entertained and the petitioner shall be directed to be present as and when required, more particularly, at the time of questioning u/s.313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing of final judgment. The petitioner shall also execute a bond u/s.88 Cr.P.C. before the Court below. This direction will sufficiently take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms and the case in C.C.No.44 of 2019 shall be disposed of within a period of three months.
