Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner's wife Kaladevi and son Sivadoss aged about 6 years from the illegal custody of the third respondent herein before this Court and to set them at liberty.
