JUDGMENT

The second appeal is of the year 1999. Even after a lapse of 16 years, the appellant is not ready to get on with the second appeal. On the previous date of hearing also, namely on 22.07.2015, there was no representation for the appellant.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent is present and as usual, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the second appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed with costs.
