ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2015 and appoint the petitioner as a Computer Operator.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the process of appointment to the post of computer operator was already over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
