The first plaintiff, who is the mother, prayed for leave to execute and enter into the memorandum of compromise on behalf of the third plaintiff. Since the first applicant is the mother and natural guardian of the minor, this application is allowed as prayed for on condition that the minor's share of Rs.2 crore be deposited in an interest bearing fixed deposit account until the minor attains the age of majority.
