This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the time to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35965 of 2025, dated 05.12.2025. K.RAJASEKAR , J.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide dated 30.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.35965 of 2025, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
