ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though service on respondent No.4 is awaited, Mr.R.Veeramani, learned Government Pleader, submits that he will take notice on behalf of respondent No.4.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents.

3. This is an application for condonation of delay of 150 days in filing the appeal papers.

4. Learned counsel for the first respondent vehemently objected for condonation of delay and prays for time to file counter.

5. On going through the reasons stated in the application, we are of the considered view that the delay could be condoned and the appeal be heard on merits.

6. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed. Registry to number the appeal, if otherwise in order and list the same for admission next week.
