ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.5257 of 2014, by order dated 21.02.2014, directed the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the regular time scale of Forest Watchers, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ taking into account of his seniority and qualification on

par with their juniors, in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.15561 of 2006, dated 10.03.2008, W.A.No.690 of 2008, dated 13.10.2009, W.P.No.23374 of 2008, dated 30.10.2009, W.A.No.607 of 2010, dated 20.03.2010 and proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 07.01.2011, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 21.02.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
