2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that apart from Crime No.817 of 2018 that has been registered against the petitioners herein by the 2nd respondent police for the offences under Sections 420, 120(B), 294(b) and 506 (2) of I.P.C, there is no other complaint or petition against the petitioners.
