ORDER

The order under challenge dated 26.09.2005 states that tender for CE(SZ) AIR and TV, Chennai for the year 2004-05 has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been cancelled due to the validity of the tender has been expired.

2. In view of the fact that the impugned order itself is in order to carry out the minor works CE(SZ) for AIR TV in Chennai, for the year 2004-05 now after a lapse of about 13 years. Thus, the cause aroused need not be adjudicated as the same became vanished.
