Palani, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 29.01.2019 in Memo No.C3/D.O.No.12/2019, detaining her husband as "Bootlegger", as contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.737 Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 28.02.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
