This Court has set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent/ K.G. Mohan Babu in S.A.

No.1058 of 2012 vide order dated 12.09.2024 in C.M.P. No.4540 of 2024.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole respondent/ K.G. Mohan Babu as respondents 2, 3, and 4 in this second appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
