ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the first respondent from proceeding with the selection process in violation of the norms in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.11214/2012(SaUThi 1) in July 2012 to the post of Noon Meal Organiser to Panchayat Union Elementary School, Oor Kalingam Patti, Kolli Hills, Namakkal District.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
