Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Proceeding TNSTC/D4/MN/061/2009 dated 29.11.2010 passed by the Respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner in service with backwages and continuity of service and also all other consequential benefits, award cost.
