Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.407 of 2023 by anorder dated 31.01.2023 that in para No.5(i) the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore and 5(ii) the petitioner shall stay at Dindigul and sign before the Inspector of police, Dindigul Taluk police Station, Dindigul, daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 15 days.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.407 of 2023 by an order dated 31.01.2023 that in para No.5(i) the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore, and 5(ii) the petitioner shall stay at Dindigul and sign before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Taluk Police Station, Dindigul, daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 15 days.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.407 of 2023 by an order dated 31.01.2023 , is modified to the effect that No.5(i) the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore.
