This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2012 made in W.P.No.32904 of 2012.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the case of the Petitioner has already been positively considered by the District Educational Officer, Cuddalore vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1690/A3/2013, dated 28.11.2013.
