CRIME NO.14/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court Crl.OP.No.23844/2021 dated 09.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23844 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police fairly admits that the first petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation and the second petitioner who is arrayed as A4 in this case is not complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23844 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petition is allowed in respect of the first petitioner and the petition is dismissed in respect of the second petitioner.
