Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name in respect of the property at S.No.592/1 to an extent of 34 cents and S.No.592/3 to an extent of 18 cents situated at Thorapalli Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner representation dated 16.01.2021. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name in respect of the property at S.No.592/1 to an extent of 34 cents and S.No.592/3 to an extent of 18 cents situated at Thorapalli Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner representation dated 16.01.2021. 2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4.

16.01.2021, which is hardly a month old, this Court does not want to create a situation where it amounts to discriminate those who are already in the queue.

4.Therefore, this Court directs the fourth respondent to hold an enquiry after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021, after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing, and dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
