PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the HMOP No.108 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge Tindivanam and transfer the same to the Family Court at Pondicherry.

ORDER
The above application is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of the proceedings for divorce filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.108 of 2019, on the file of the Principal Sub Judge Tindivanam to the file of the Family Court at Pondicherry.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of her petition for transfer the wife/petitioner has contended that she has filed a proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act in DVC.No.18 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram. In the said petition the petitioner had also contended that she is residing at Pondicherry.
3.Heard both the learned counsels.
4.Though the Transfer Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the proceedings from the file of the Principal Sub Judge Tindivanam to the Family Court Pondicherry. However both the parties are agreeable to transfer the HMOP No.108 of 2019 from the file of the Principal Sub Judge Tindivanam to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Family Court at Villupuram where the DVC proceedings are now pending. The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
