This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to its letter Ref : CO:HRM:Group-A:17067:2015 dated 27.10.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to disburse all the retirement benefits such as superannuation pension, commuted value of pension, gratuity and encashment of leave salary benefits to the petitioner in accordance with law. 2.In view of the memo submitted by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is required as the cause became infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
