Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the property comprised in S.No.734/1A to an extent of 0.70 cents situated at Moranapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the the fourth respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the property comprised in S.No.734/1A to an extent of 0.70 cents situated at Moranapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Since the representation of the petitioner is dated 20.01.2021, which is hardly a month old, this Court does not want to create a situation, where it amounts to discriminate those who are already in the queue.

4.Therefore, this Court directs the fourth respondent / Tahsildar, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, to hold an enquiry after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021, before first week of June 2021, after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing, and dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
