ORDER
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief prayed for in the Writ Petition has since become infructuous in view of the fact that the main industrial dispute has been dismissed for default. He would further submit that in the event of his application to revive the industrial dispute being dismissed for default, he should be permitted to agitate the ground, in respect of which, the interim order is also challenged along with the main award which could be passed.
2. In view there of, the Writ Petition is dismissed has having become infructuous, however, preserving the liberty of the petitioner to raise such ground as against the interim order granted against him in the manner known to law while agitating the main industrial dispute. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2023 Index : yes Speaking order : no grs To 2/4
