This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 189 days in representing the writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the submission made and on being satisfied with

reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 18.08.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeal and post it for admission on 20.08.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 18.08.2025, this petition stands allowed.
