O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for violating the directions issued by the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.2827 of 2011 dated 02.07.2012.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court on 02.07.2012 in W.P.No.2827 of 2011 has been complied with. In support of the said contention, he has also produced the copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 05.05.2018.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent and also recording the proceedings dated 05.05.2018, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
