ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 409, 420, 506(i) and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.137 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein approaches this Court earlier and has obtained anticipatory bail on specific condition that, he should deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.137 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks. This order came to be passed on 07.02.2020. After lapse of two years, the present anticipatory bail petition was again filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The matter relates to embezzlement of more than 1.8 crores and after getting protection by way of anticipatory bail, the petitioner has failed to comply the order for the past two years. This Court, finds no merits in the present anticipatory bail petition, in which the petitioner herein just getting protection from this Court and not complying the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
