This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the first respondent in I.D.No.84 of 2008 on his file and to quash the award dated 03.03.2011.

2. When the Writ Petition has been listed on 30.08.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 24.09.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
