[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to produce the body or person of petitioner's husband G.Sivakumar, aged about 39 years before this Court and set him at liberty to the petitioner.

2. When the mater was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband Sivakumar was secured by the police on 16.03.2020 and produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Bhavani, on the same day.
