PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the orders passed by the 4th respondent dated 29.06.2013 and 04.07.2013 in his order No.V-15013/CISF/4BN/NDRF(A)/Suspension/2013-5158 and V15014/4BN/NDRF/CISF(A)/U/S/2013/5256 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to take the petitioner into the strenght of the CISF and pay all benefits.

ORDER
In contemplation of a disciplinary proceedings, the petitioner was placed under suspension, through the impugned order dated 29.06.2013.
2. It is now represented by Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, the impugned order of suspension dated 29.06.2013 was revoked and the petitioner was reinstated back into service.
3. In view of the suspension order being revoked, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
