Respondents PRAYER:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., pleased to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2021 given before the 3rd respondent police as per the direction in Crl.MP.No.1573 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.02.2021 given before the 3rd respondent police as per the direction in Crl.M.P.No.1573 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vandavasi and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.16 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC& Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
