O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent/ Human, Rights Commission to enquire into the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2018 for violation of human rights, by the respondents 3 to 5.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint with various allegations in respect of violation of Human Rights as against the respondents 3 to 5 herein. Further, he submitted that the 3rd respondent registered the case as against the petitioner as well as counter parties in Crime No.115 and 116 of 2018 in which the petitioner is an accused. Therefore, the present complaint has been lodged by the petitioner as against the respondent police 3 to 5 herein in order to escape from the clutches of law. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant prayer sought for. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition is devoid of merits and hence the same is liable to be dismissed.

4.With the above observation this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
