For Petitioners : Mr.K.Thiruvengadam in all W.Ps For Respondents : Mrs.E.Indhumathi in all W.Ps Standing Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioners, who are seeking for sanction of pension and other benefits. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that already the representations made by the petitioners were rejected by the respondent through proceedings dated 31.01.2023. The relevant proceedings were also placed before this Court. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, the relief as sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted by this Court. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection order, it is left open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3.In the result, all these writ petitions are closed.
