This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Perused the affidavit filed along with application seeking leave to receive the additional documents.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant submits that the documents mentioned in Sl.Nos.2,3 and 4 have already been referred in the plaint schedule. Whereas, Sl.Nos.1, 5 and 6 are now documents. Out of which, the document mentioned in Sl.No.5 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is the letter communication between the Canara Bank to the

Reserve Bank of India. The plaintiff is not a party to the document. Hence, he opposed for receiving of the document mentioned in Sl.No.5. For the ther documents, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/defendant submits that those documents may be permitted to be received subject to proof and relevancy.

3. This Court finds that the said submission is fair and equitable. Hence, this application to receive additional documents as listed in the application except the document mentioned in Sl.No.5 is allowed subject to proof and relevancy. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
