After some arguments, Mr.S.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Arbitration Original Petition' [hereinafter 'Arb OP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] but made a request to preserve the rights of petitioner to come to this Court again with a same/similar prayer (if the need arises) after issuing a notice in accordance with agreed procedure qua arbitration. Request acceded to.
