ORDER

The prayer of writ petitioner is for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 03.01.2024 for issuance of death certificate of her husband late R.Antony Samy, who passed away on 14.10.2023. 2.

Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondent would agree that the needful would be done within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Hence, mandamus is issued directing the respondent to hear the petitioner and pass orders on her representation dated 03.01.2024 within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of this order and in accordance with law.

This writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
