2. The petitioner herein has challenged a deputation order in the present writ petition. At the time of filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was aged about 53 years and apparently, he has reached the age of superannuation as on date. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition, challenging the deputation order.
