This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Tuesday at 10. 30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21975 of 2024 order dated 06.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Tuesday at 10. 30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21975 of 2024 order dated 06.09.2024, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for investigation.
