Aggrieved over the order dated 07.07.2011 made in I.A.No.286 of 2010 in R.C.O.P.No.129 of 2005 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court (Rent Control Authority), Coimbatore, the petitioners, who are the respondents in the above referred Rent Control proceedings, filed this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Today when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is present and asked some more accommodation for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner.

3. On perusal of documents, it appears that, so far the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not filed any memo in respect of the death of the first petitioner. Though sufficient opportunities have been given, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not taken any steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased first petitioner.

4. Hence, for the reasons stated above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
