This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 47 days in restoring the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.No.2204 of 2024.

2. Mr.T.R.Thava, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and expressed no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 47 days in restoring the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. 23.03.2026 skr
