JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge dated 31.01.2019 on an application filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appellant seeking interim injunction restraining the respondent Association from conducting the Annual General Meeting as decided by the Executive Committee on 25.02.2019 and restraining the respondent from conducting the programme viz., Ilayaraja 75 on 02.02.2019 or any other date. While declining to grant the relief, the learned single Judge has observed as follows: "21.However, the respondent-Council is directed to maintain proper accounts for the income and expenditure of the event and submit the same before the Annual General Body Meeting to be convened on 03.03.2019 for the approval of the members."

2.Admittedly, the programme was conducted on 02.02.2019 and 03.02.2019. The interest of the appellant was safeguarded by the learned single Judge in para 21 of the order as referred above. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find anything that survives in this appeal. Accordingly, this Original Side Appeal is closed. Needless to state that the respondent shall comply with the observation of the learned single Judge in para 21 of the order dated 31.01.2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
