(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 and R2 and the learned counsel for third respondent.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, Chellakili, directing the respondents to cause production of her wife/the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 3.The alleged detenue Chellakili is present before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is working in a Company at Palladam and residing independently. She further expressed that she does not want to join with the petitioner and she was not detained by the third respondent or any other person.
4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking remedy, according to law.
