ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of these Writ Petitions, the term of the elected body came to an end on 05.01.2025 and thereafter, a Special Officer was appointed and hence, the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, these writ petitions stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
