ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order in e.f.vz;.21/m/fh.J.M/Kfhk;/nfh.kh/2020 dated 05.02.2020 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant permission to hold public meeting at V.O.C Park, Coimbatore at about 5.00 p.m on 09.02.2020 after permitting to hold Rally in routes mentioned in the representation dated 04.01.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has conducted the meeting and the prayer has become infructous.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
