This Petition is filed seeking to order Substituted Service on the Respondent by publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily 'Malaimurasu'.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, this Petition is ordered to the following effect:

"In order to serve the Respondent, the Petitioner herein is permitted to effect Paper Publication in one issue of Tamil Daily 'Malaimurasu', mentioning the date of hearing of this matter as 28.02.2020. Paper Publication shall be effected on or before 21.02.2020 and Affidavit of Service shall be filed into the Registry on or before 24.02.2020."
