ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to execute the non-bailable arrest warrant issued by D.C.D.R. Forum, Chennai (South) dated 15.04.2016.

Heard the petitioner-in-person and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chennai (South), has been stayed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and produced a copy of the order dated 17.05.2016 in support of his said submission.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
